Air Ticket Operations Supervisor / Manager

Job Description:

· Own international air-ticket sales operations on OTA platforms.
· Understand OTA policies and set differentiated marketing policies for each platform.
· Adjust route and fare policies by season to improve conversion and sales.
· Manage the team, including regular reviews and training.
· Handle complaints and maintain relationships with customers and platform merchants.

· Strong communication and teamwork, with a sense of ownership.
· Good relationships with airlines and industry partners; existing industry resources preferred.
· OTA operations management experience preferred; compensation is negotiable.

· OneWorldTrip was founded in 1997, established its global headquarters in Hong Kong in 2005, and opened its Shenzhen operations center in 2015, forming a Shenzhen-Hong Kong dual-core layout.
· The group holds credentials including IATA accreditation and Virtuoso membership, connecting air, hotel, and destination services through its global network and in-house digital operations platform.
· It serves over ten million travelers a year across Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, linking business travel between China and the world.
