Technical Architect

Job Description:

· Set the company’s technical architecture roadmap and guide the team through design and implementation.
· Lead the engineering team to analyze and resolve high-concurrency issues, and keep systems stable and performant.
· Define and promote technical standards and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and code quality.
· Work closely with product teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
· Track emerging technologies and drive technical innovation.
· Manage day-to-day engineering work, including task allocation, progress tracking, and performance reviews.

· Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates of 985/211 universities preferred; 10+ years of Java development experience.
· Proficient with common frameworks, databases, and middleware, and familiar with how they work, including Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, ShardingJDBC, MongoDB, ELK, Redis, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ, and Kafka.
· 5+ years as an architect; strong in Spring Cloud microservices, distributed, high-concurrency, high-performance, and highly available system design, with domain modeling ability.

· It serves over ten million travelers a year across Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, linking business travel between China and the world.
