Flight Change Specialist

Job Description:

· Handle online change requests and related daily work on platforms such as Ctrip, Fliggy, Qunar, and Tongcheng.
· Know platform and airline change policies and complete ticket changes independently.
· Operate civil-aviation systems and GDS proficiently.

· Associate degree or above; any major; industry experience preferred.
· Proficient with office software; English foundation preferred.
· Outgoing, communicative, responsible, and a team player.
· Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and resilience; willing to follow work arrangements.
