OneWorldTrip | General Manager Xi Hua Elected to the 7th CPPCC Luohu District Committee

On August 26, the First Session of the 7th Shenzhen Luohu District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) opened at Luohu Hall.

The session brought together CPPCC members and representatives from across Luohu District to review the district CPPCC's work over the past five years and set development goals and priorities for the next five. Members were called on to focus on economic growth, industrial innovation, urban development, livelihood improvement, and Shenzhen–Hong Kong integration—offering counsel, building consensus, and contributing wisdom to Luohu's high-quality development.

According to the Announcement on the Membership List of the 7th Shenzhen Luohu District Committee of the CPPCC (Luohu Government Notice [2026] No. 4), Xi Hua (Ryan), General Manager of OneWorldTrip International Travel (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., was elected as a member of the 7th Shenzhen Luohu District Committee of the CPPCC and attended the session as a representative of the Hong Kong personages sector.

Presidium standing chairs Cao Saixian, Luo Litao, Deng Shenghua, Huo Guangyong, Yang Jianping, Huang Haiyan, Gao Yanyong, and Wei Jie took their seats on the rostrum; the session was chaired by Luo Litao. Invited guests seated in the front row included Luohu District Party Secretary Zuo Jinping; District Deputy Party Secretary, Party Leadership Group Secretary of the District Government, and Acting District Mayor Han Liqing; Director of the District People's Congress Standing Committee Chen Jinhai; and Party Leadership Group Secretary of the District People's Congress Standing Committee Song Weiyi.

At the outset, Song Weiyi delivered a work report on behalf of the Standing Committee of the 6th Shenzhen Luohu District Committee of the CPPCC. The report reviewed the district CPPCC's achievements over the past five years in upholding Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and holding fast to the twin themes of unity and democracy, and summarized results in policy advice, consensus-building, and serving development—contributing wisdom and strength to Chinese modernization in Luohu. Deng Shenghua then reported on proposal work, summarizing key outcomes and experience to further improve CPPCC performance and better serve regional high-quality development. The session stressed that the new district CPPCC carries a fresh mandate: to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and subsequent plenary sessions, fully carry out the deployments of the 9th District Party Congress, focus on major political tasks such as APEC meeting support and services, promote decision-making through consultation and implementation through oversight, continually raise performance standards, and provide strong support for Luohu's modernization.

As a member of the 7th Luohu District Committee of the CPPCC, Xi Hua (Ryan) actively took part in the full agenda, diligently fulfilling his duties and engaging fellow members on Luohu's future development plans, industrial innovation, and Shenzhen–Hong Kong collaborative growth. This role reflects both the commitment of Hong Kong personages in the new era to serving national development and OneWorldTrip's ethos of actively integrating into the broader Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area agenda.
